I graduated with my Master of Social Work from the University of New England in 2023.
I have two years of experience working with high acuity pediatric patients in an intensive outpatient program. This includes group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and comprehensive assessments.
Prior to my MSW, I worked as a children's case manager for three years provided extensive case management services. This included advocating for clients and their families, connecting them with resources, and listening.
I worked as a direct service professional in group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 8 years.
Most importantly, I raised two children with mental health struggles, behavioral concerns, and developmental disabilities. This has given me a unique perspective on parenting and my role as a therapist. My own children have had case managers, therapists, in home supports, inpatient stays, and intensive outpatient services.
My goal is to help your family function better. This often requires a change in the family to succesfully change behaviors and functioning in the child.
